  • Shared resources on nutrition, movement, breathwork, hydration and exposure to toxins.

  • Exploring fears and re-writting narratives around birth.

  • Tools for birth support, pain managment and creating a supportive birth space.

  • From the moment we decided to have Mahalia support us through birth and postpartum, I couldn’t have imagined that it was ever a possibility that we were going to do it without her. She was such an important part in our journey and continues to be five months after the birth of our baby. She brings such a warm presence with her visits and offers deep connections, loving support and incredibly delicious and nutritious foods. I always looked forward to her visits, especially in the early days and weeks when things were so raw and I felt so sensitive and vulnerable. Her visits could turn a day around from being one that we just needed to get through and survive, to one that was filled with joy. Mahalia clearly has a lot of knowledge about pregnancy, birth and postpartum care which she has developed through her own research, practice and training, but you also get a strong sense that so much of her knowledge is written in her bones. It seems she was called to offer this support and we are lucky to have her embodying this very important role. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, xxx
